Orders are generally shipped within 1 Business Day using Australia Post.
Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days Australia wide.

Please allow 2-3 additional days for rural addresses.

NEW ZEALAND

Zymatic offers FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 Business Day using Australia Post which is then passed over to NZ POST to complete delivery.
Australia Post's delivery standard is 5 - 9 business days.

Please allow 2-3 additional days for rural addresses.

SINGAPORE

Zymatic offers FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 Business Day using Australia Post which is then passed over to SINGAPORE POST to complete delivery.
Australia Post's delivery standard is 5 -7 business days.

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Returning the goods to ZYMATIC is at the customers cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@zymatic.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
